Detailed Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Srinagar

Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, our representative will greet you and assist with your transfer to the houseboat. After check-in, enjoy some leisure time. Later, embark on a half-day tour of the famous Mughal Gardens, including Nishat Bagh (Garden of Pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love).

In the evening, experience a serene Shikara ride on Dal Lake, admiring the beauty and charm of Srinagar, often referred to as the Venice of the East. Return to your houseboat for a delightful dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 02: Srinagar – Sonamarg – Srinagar (76 Kms / Approx. 2 Hrs One Way)

After breakfast, drive towards Sonamarg, the “Meadow of Gold,” nestled at an altitude of 2,690 meters. Enjoy the mesmerizing views along one of the most scenic drives from Srinagar.

You may opt for a pony ride to Thajiwas Glacier (at your own cost), where snow remains throughout the year. Return to Srinagar in the evening for an overnight stay at the houseboat or hotel.

Day 03: Srinagar – Gulmarg – Srinagar (52 Kms / Approx. 1.5 Hrs One Way)

After breakfast, head to Gulmarg, known as the “Meadow of Flowers.” Situated at an altitude of 8,700 feet, Gulmarg is a world-renowned ski resort and home to the highest 18-hole golf course in the world.

You can enjoy a pony ride (optional, at your own expense) and experience the famous Gondola cable car ride (up to the first level). Soak in panoramic views of snow-covered peaks and lush meadows.

Return to Srinagar by evening. Check in to your hotel and relax overnight.

Day 04: Srinagar – Pahalgam – Srinagar (Approx. 3 Hrs One Way)

After breakfast, drive to Pahalgam, fondly known as the Valley of Shepherds. Enjoy a full-day excursion exploring Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari, each offering breathtaking landscapes, meadows, and crystal-clear streams.

Aru Valley: A tranquil village surrounded by grasslands and a popular base for treks to Kolahoi Glacier.
Betaab Valley: Named after the Bollywood movie Betaab, this valley enchants visitors with snow-capped mountains, willow trees, and gurgling streams.
Chandanwari: The starting point of the Amarnath Yatra, offering scenic views and serenity.

After exploring Pahalgam’s natural beauty, return to Srinagar for dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 05: Departure from Srinagar

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey. Depart with beautiful memories of the heavenly Kashmir Valley that will stay in your heart forever.
