Phase 1: Gateway Cities & Capital Hills (Days 1–5)

Day 1: Arrival in Delhi

Arrive in the vibrant capital city of India — Delhi. Spend the day unwinding and soaking in its charm. Visit the peaceful Lotus Temple or enjoy an evening stroll around India Gate, illuminated beautifully after sunset.

Day 2: Delhi Sightseeing & Travel to Chandigarh

Begin your morning exploring Old Delhi — visit Jama Masjid, take a rickshaw ride through the bustling Chandni Chowk, and sample local delicacies. Later, board a fast train or take a comfortable drive to Chandigarh (4–5 hours). Check into your hotel and relax.

Day 3: Chandigarh Exploration & Travel to Shimla

Start your day at the famous Rock Garden, a masterpiece of recycled art. Enjoy a serene walk along Sukhna Lake before departing for Shimla (approx. 4–5 hours). Upon arrival, visit The Ridge and Mall Road for a taste of the town’s colonial charm.

Day 4: Shimla Excursion

Take a scenic drive to Kufri, a charming hill spot famous for its panoramic views and outdoor fun. Return to Shimla and ride the ropeway or trek up to Jakhoo Temple for a breathtaking sunset over the hills.

Day 5: Shimla to Manali (Long Drive)

Enjoy a picturesque journey through winding mountain roads from Shimla to Manali (approx. 7–8 hours). Pass through Kullu Valley and arrive in Manali by evening. Stroll along Mall Road and soak in the cool mountain air.

Phase 2: Parvati & Spiti Valley Adventure (Days 6–11)

Day 6: Manali – Local Exploration & Drive to Kasol

Visit the iconic Hadimba Devi Temple and relax in the hot springs at Vashisht Village. Post lunch, head to Kasol (2–3 hours). Spend your evening exploring riverside cafes and the bohemian vibe of Parvati Valley.

Day 7: Kasol – Parvati Valley Excursion

Discover Manikaran Sahib, a sacred Sikh and Hindu site famous for its hot springs. Later, trek to a picturesque mountain village like Tosh or Malana to experience the local culture and panoramic valley views.

Day 8: Kasol to Kaza (Spiti Valley Gateway)

An early start takes you through the Atal Tunnel and over Kunzum Pass (weather permitting) into the high-altitude desert of Spiti. The drive (10–12 hours) is long but awe-inspiring. Arrive in Kaza, the capital of Spiti Valley, and rest overnight.

Phase 3: Spiritual Serenity – Dharamshala

Day 9: Spiti Valley – Monasteries & Mountains

Acclimatize and explore Spiti’s timeless beauty. Visit the majestic Key (Ki) Monastery and nearby villages set against dramatic landscapes. Capture the serenity of this remote region.

Day 10: Spiti Valley – The World’s Highest Villages

Set out on a fascinating journey to Hikkim (home to the world’s highest post office), Komic (one of the highest inhabited villages), and Langza (known for its giant Buddha statue and fossil-rich terrain).

Day 11: Return Journey – Kaza to Manali

Drive back to Manali (10–12 hours) through stunning mountain passes. Upon arrival, relax and rejuvenate after an adventurous Spiti expedition.

Phase 3: The Western Himachal Loop (Days 12–19)

Day 12: Manali – Adventure & Leisure

After your high-altitude adventures, enjoy a relaxed yet exciting day. Visit Solang Valley for paragliding, ziplining, or the cable car ride. In the evening, unwind at Old Manali’s cozy cafes.

Day 13: Manali to Dharamshala/McLeod Ganj

Travel through scenic valleys and forested mountains to Dharamshala (7–8 hours). Experience the peaceful blend of Tibetan and Himachali culture upon arrival.

Day 14: Dharamshala Exploration

Explore the Tsuglagkhang Complex — the Dalai Lama’s temple and residence. Later, visit Bhagsunag Waterfall and shop for Tibetan artifacts and handicrafts in the local markets.

Day 15: Dharamshala – Trek or Stadium Visit

Choose between an invigorating trek to Triund Viewpoint or a relaxing visit to the stunning Dharamshala Cricket Stadium, set amidst the Dhauladhar mountains.

Day 16: Dharamshala to Dalhousie

Drive to Dalhousie (4–5 hours), a quaint British-era hill station. Stroll around Gandhi Chowk and enjoy the peaceful evening charm.

Day 17: Dalhousie – Excursion to Khajjiar

Take a short drive to Khajjiar, fondly called the “Mini Switzerland of India.” Enjoy a leisurely day amid pine forests, meadows, and the scenic lake. Return to Dalhousie by evening.

Day 18: Dalhousie – Local Delights

Explore Dalhousie’s heritage churches or walk to Satdhara Falls. You may also trek to Dainkund Peak for mesmerizing views of the Pir Panjal Range. Savor your final Himalayan sunset.

Day 19: Departure

Bid farewell to the Himalayas. Begin your return journey to Delhi or Chandigarh via taxi, bus, or train connection. Carry home unforgettable memories of your Himalayan expedition.
