Detailed Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival at Kochi – City Sightseeing (40 km / 1 hr)

Welcome to God’s Own Country – Kerala! Upon arrival at Cochin Airport, meet our representative and transfer to your hotel. After check-in, proceed for a half-day sightseeing tour of Kochi.
Major attractions include:

  • St. Francis Church – one of the oldest European churches in India

  • Chinese Fishing Nets – iconic symbols of Kochi’s maritime history

  • Santa Cruz Basilica – a beautiful example of Portuguese architecture

  • Jewish Synagogue and Jewish Street

  • Mattancherry (Dutch) Palace – known for its murals and history

(Note: Dutch Palace and Jewish Synagogue remain closed on Fridays and Saturdays.)
Overnight stay at the hotel in Kochi.

Day 02: Kochi – Munnar (150 km / 4 hrs)

After breakfast, drive to Munnar, the hill station famous for its misty mountains, lush tea gardens, and breathtaking landscapes. En route, visit the beautiful Cheeyappara and Valara waterfalls.
On arrival, check in at the hotel and relax. Spend the evening exploring the surroundings or take a nature walk amidst the tea estates.
Overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 03: Munnar Sightseeing

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day sightseeing tour of Munnar:

  • Eravikulam National Park – home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr

  • Mattupetty Dam and Kundala Lake – enjoy a scenic boat ride surrounded by tea gardens

  • Echo Point – known for its natural echo phenomenon

  • Shooting Point and Tea Museum – experience the region’s tea-making traditions

Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 04: Munnar – Thekkady (140 km / 4 hrs)

After breakfast, drive to Thekkady, famous for its wildlife and spice plantations. On arrival, check in at the hotel and relax.
Later, visit Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary and enjoy a boat ride on Periyar Lake, where you may spot elephants, deer, and exotic birds.
Optional activities include:

  • Spice plantation tour

  • Bamboo rafting

  • Elephant ride

  • Jungle trekking

In the evening, explore the local spice market to buy authentic Kerala spices and handicrafts.
Overnight stay at the hotel in Thekkady.

Day 05: Thekkady – Alleppey (180 km / 5 hrs)

After breakfast, proceed to Alleppey (Alappuzha) – known as the Venice of the East. The city is famous for its tranquil backwaters, lush paddy fields, and scenic beauty.
Spend your day relaxing by the lagoons, watching the sunset at the beach, bird-watching, or visiting nearby temples and palaces.
Evening at leisure and overnight stay at the hotel in Alleppey.
(Optional: You can upgrade to a stay in a traditional houseboat for a unique backwater experience.)

Day 06: Alleppey – Cochin Departure (120 km / 3 hrs)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive back to Cochin. Transfer to the Cochin Airport for your onward journey with fond memories of your Kerala holiday.
